  • THE VINEYARD

    Soured from the prestigious Longview Vineyard at Macclesfield in the Adelaide Hills.  Block 2 is a 30 year old north facing steeply inclined vineyard planted on ironstone laden soils producing elegant aromatic wines of richness and poise.

  • WINEMAKING

    Cold soaked.  Three weeks on skins. Fermented in custom made headed down open top fermenters. Pressed to seasoned Burgundy coopered barrels for 9 months maturation.

  • FOOD PAIRING

    This heady, aromatic drop is the perfect match to Mediterranean inspired barbecued leg of lamb and grilled summer vegetables.
